We built this because we needed it.
We had made 2.2 million dollars. Two ClickFunnels Two Comma Club awards on the wall. On paper we had made it.
I remember sitting there staring at the award. And all I felt was a flat, empty feeling. We had accomplished what most people dream of, and there was just nothing there.
Because here is what that award actually cost us. We worked our butts off for it. Early morning to midnight, then up the next day to start over, and everything else in our life got sacrificed to keep moving. No time. No social life. Not working out the way we used to. Not eating the way we wanted to. And stressed, both of us, all the time.
That part hit me harder than I expected, because staying in shape had always just been who we are. I have been an athlete my whole life. Triathlons, marathons, CrossFit. Tania has been a competitive athlete for twenty years on the unicycle, gold medals at world championships, marathons on one wheel. We are not people who let ourselves go. And there we were, both of us slipping, because there was never enough time or headspace left over after the work.
That led us into a conversation about the future. And when we really looked at it, the problem was obvious. We were prisoners of the daily operation. Waiting for pages to load. Clicking the buttons. Setting things up. Fixing issues. All day, every day, buried in the execution instead of the decisions that actually move the business.
So we asked the real question. What would happen if we could fully commit our time and our focus to the things that matter, the big questions, the big decisions, and never touch the execution again?
Both of us were already deep in the AI world, building more with it every week. Slowly it turned into a vision. An agentic team executing on our behalf, day in and day out. Us stepping out of the operator seat entirely and into a completely new role, board members in our own business. And at the centre of it, an Agentic CEO we could actually talk to. Paint the vision for it, plan out the day, the week, the year. It runs the team. We run the direction.
That became the vision and the mission. Agentic CEO, an AI operating system to free up entrepreneurs. A few weeks later I stepped out as co-founder and COO of my US business after more than two years, and Tania is in the same transition.
We are building that future in real time, and we are going to show all of it. How we install these agents. What works, what breaks, what changes everything. Not a finished case study handed down from the top, but as it happens, while we are living it.
